You will have an opportunity to visit an ancient roman town and drive to the slopes of the volcano that destroyed the town nearly 2000 years ago in one day. You will experience, how ancient Romans lived and admire the level of civic progress and artistic skills they had reached so many years ago. You will visit also a fabric of production of Cameos and Corals and you will assist to a guided tour of vineyards on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius (the famous volcano in the Gulf of Naples).
A stroll through the scents and flavors of the Campania “Ars Vinearia”. You will learn the secrets of this ancient art: the production, the different types of wine and the stories that date back to Roman times. Afterwards, taste the famous “pomodori del piennolo” with pasta, typical tomatoes of Vesuvius production. A mediterranean lunch accompanied by Falanghina, Aglianico and many other wines including Lacryma Christi, as legend: the famous wine was born from the tears of god after Lucifer ripped the sky in the Gulf of Naples.
